Snodgrass Night Session

I met up for a night time flatland session with Scott Copeland(riding) and Bryce Casselman (stills): three guys, one wet suit, two cameras, three flashes, drift wood, a flood light, one Coleman lantern and a sandy beach. This is how things went down. Cheers, Brett

Winter Wonder Renfrew

The idea emerged about a month ago. I had been out of skim-commission for a few months now due to a reoccurring shoulder injury, and have been craving to get back to Port Renfrew.
Off the beach & into the Woods. .

The following has nothing to do with skimboarding, and everything to do with skimboarding at the same time.

All the warmer months I spend on a beach somewhere trying to find some slice of sanity in an otherwise hostile world.

Grant Bay BC

"With a little planning and some know how you, can enjoy skim trips in the worst of conditions."
Hello everyone. This will be the first of my adventure postings. As a former mountaineering instructor, I have spent a fair amount of days in "tent city". In this submission I would like to tell you about beach camping on the west coast. To most of you out there, skimming is an "off-season" sport with winter being the time to put away the skim or travel south. A select few of us have been making the effort to skim the winter months, which usually offers the better wave conditions. So get your gear, gas up the truck and head out!
