Wondering what the skimboarding is like in White Rock and Tsawwassen. I am sure if must be awesome during low tide, but what are they like during high tide? Are there shallow water areas for beginner skimboarders like me to enjoy?

I am wondering ifsomeone could tellme the ideal tide for skimboarding at spanish banks. I have had a mixed opinion when I inquired within my group so here I am…First I know it is at low tide but exactly what is the perfect height? Thanksyou
