Details
Port Renfrew is Victoria’s closest wave skimboarding spot. Typically the waves are the best at the Gordon River side of the beach, the waves tend to form out deep at the sandbar and peel in as an a-frame shape wave when the swell is between 6-12ft, larger swell usually causes the waves to close out on shore. This is the location of SkimBC’s Sub Zero Skim Jam every year!
